experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, successfully
completing projects from complete plant design /
construction / startup to production floor incremental
cost improvements. Experienced with project management
techniques such as six sigma, PDCA, cross-functional
teams, as well as traditional project execution models.
Mr. Evans’ technical accomplishments include five
patents involving process improvements in thermoforming,
aerosols, as well as other technologies. A licensed
engineer, he is a graduate of North Carolina State
University in Mechanical Engineering. |

30 years experience with capital project execution and
planning for projects ranging from $1K to $55MM.
Highlights of Mr. Walden’s accomplishments include
extensive experience managing and troubleshooting all
phases of Pharmaceutical facility equipment and
maintenance for Fortune 100 companies. Trained in
systems including SAP, calibration programs such as Blue
Mountain and PMC 2000, and FDA compliance. Mr. Walden’s
regulatory, instrumentation and power distribution
experience makes him a valuable resource to insure the
success of his customer’s projects. |

30 years experience as
a pre-hospital medical technician, Bob brings a new
perspective to our staff, having been the user of the
products we produce on the patients he treats. The last
14 years have been with a major tertiary care medical
facility in our area, assisting in the treatment of a
wide variety of medical and trauma patients. Bob will be
assisting Archie and Rix in serving our customers in the
most proficient way possible. |
